Daniel Messina founded Messina Acupuncture in East Setauket, New York in 2016. It is his goal to provide the very best acupuncture services possible. During his early years in college, Daniel was an avid runner and weight lifter. He developed issues with his ankles that required him to undergo a series of surgeries to repair ligament instability. These surgeries caused him intolerable pain that kept him awake at night, and pain medications provided little relief. Soon after his casts were removed, he scheduled a treatment with his acupuncturist for a thorough acupuncture and acupressure therapy session.
